Colleen Hiban, L.Ac

Colleen Hiban is a licensed acupuncturist in Flagstaff, Arizona, whose work is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element tradition.

Long before acupuncture became her profession, it was her medicine. It transformed the way she experienced her body, offering a sense of balance, connection, and ease she hadn't known before. That experience continues to shape the way she cares for others today.

Colleen began her studies at The Won Institute in Philadelphia, where she developed a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Drawn to the depth and relational nature of Five Element acupuncture, she continued her training at the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, Florida.

Her approach is guided by presence, curiosity, and careful listening. Each treatment is an invitation to slow down, restore balance, and support the body's innate capacity for healing. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, she seeks to understand the whole person and the physical, emotional, and energetic patterns that influence health over time.

Colleen works with individuals seeking support for pain, depletion, nervous system regulation, women's health, and cosmetic facial acupuncture. Whether someone is navigating a specific health concern or simply longing to feel more grounded and vibrant, her intention is to create a space where healing unfolds with care, attention, and respect for the body's natural wisdom.
